I have known Walt for over 30 years. I have learned a great deal from him about how to do things well, how to finish what one has started, and how to empathize with the needs of others. I know from personal experience that his work stresses quality, he simply won't tolerate mediocrity when more is expected. Walt's demeanor is personable but forthright, knowledgeable without being intrusive, and able to adjust to the needs and implied desires of his clientele.

Mr. Hatcher has a high level of integrity and skills. He has had many years experience with property maintenance, both individual properties and commercial/government facilities. His attention to detail and aesthetics is uncompromising. His experience has given him the skills needed to be a good negotiator for the best contractor services and materials to maintain any level of property from the most private of estates to commercial buildings.
Over the years I’ve known and worked with Mr. Hatcher, I have been impressed with his ability to think outside the box while exhibiting an uncompromising integrity regarding the quality of his work.
Mr. Hatcher has also had experience being an ombudsman for elders in the care of nursing homes and in assisted living situations. I have been friends with Walter Hatcher for nearly thirty years. During this time I have learned a lot abut the way Walter conducts his business. He is thoroughly professional, responsible, and most importantly completely trustworthy.
We met on Orcas Island where he began his work in Estate Management and where his reputation was stellar (meaning in “Island Talk” he showed up on time, did what he was asked and more, for a reasonable fee).
As a recently widowed woman in my seventies I appreciate Walter even more: he advises me on decisions I find that I now must make on my own, has keys to my house and garage to check on things when I am gone and has done countless little jobs too small to call in a professional (like changing the washers in my kitchen faucet).
