What are our credentials?
We are a local licensed and insured small business, sanctioned by Washington State Board of Labor and Industries who have designated us as "Owner's Agents" rather than a general contractor allowing us to keep our overhead reasonable and best serve our clients. We have over 25 years of experience in property maintenance and management specializing in private properties large and small.
What makes Fine Home & Private Estate Management different than others?
Acting as an Owner’s Agent to our clients we are a buffer between the service providers and our clients, relieving them of the many small and large hassles associated with coordinating said services and following up on the results. Please note; we are not a "Handy-man" service, we Manage service providers!
By using Fine Home & Private Estate Management you will have the best of ‘Live-in’ staff without the emotional commitment and loss of privacy that it creates. And, rather than depend on friends or relatives to "do you a favor" of attending to your homes needs we are professional in our relationships and guarantee our services.

Fine Home & Private Estate Management is a privately owned and locally operated business serving the maintenance oversight needs of large, small and luxury private properties. As with most small business people we are passionate about our business, it has been our dream and desire for many years to offer this type of service to the public for many years. With 25 years of experience in both Private Estate Maintenance and large Government Facilities Management and Maintenance we bring a level of professionalism to this industry not found elsewhere on the North Olympic Peninsula.
What Do We Do:
Benefiting from both new technology and a lifetime of experience focused on the needs and concerns of owners of private estates and large multifaceted private facilities, Fine Home & Private Estate Management provides professional support to the owners of said properties. Acting as an Owner’s Agent, we frequently visit the Estate and create detailed Observation Reports itemizing every minute detail of the grounds, residence, and all other physical aspects of the Estate, inside and out.
Upon finding a maintenance problem or emergency situation we are authorized to have the repair or maintenance done efficiently, effectively and at a good value to the owner. We then evaluate the work performed and the Service Provider’s invoice before advising the owner of its worthiness and value to the estate. If there are problems with the service we will act as the Owner’s Agent to facilitate and/or mediate between the two parties as much as we are legally allowed.
Where do we provide this service:
To maintain the highest level of dependability and the confidence of our clients, Fine Home & Private Estate Management usually limits its coverage area to approximately a 25 miles radius of Port Angeles. This insures that we are never more than an hour away from any of our clients and can quickly respond to their needs in an efficient and professional manner. Clients farther away from our offices can be accommodated by special arrangements.
When do we perform our services:
To be most efficient and valuable to our clients we visit the Estate at random times at least every week to create an Observation Report that truly is all encompassing and best serves the needs of the Estate and Owners. By visiting the Estate at random times we also add an extra layer of Security on the Estate. As Owner’s Agent we are authorized to question visitors and trespassers alike and control the flow of strangers on the Estate.
How are we compensated for our service:
Since Fine Home & Private Estate Management is considered a Consultant rather than a Contractor, we charge a Monthly Retainer Fee specifically designed to the needs of the Estate and our Clients wishes, relieving them of the concern that we might be overly influenced by another’s agenda. We are Owner’s Agents and as such our commitment is to them alone, we use only Licensed and Bonded Professional Service Providers unless specified by the Owner.
Why can't anyone do the same thing?
Because the pool of Service Providers is fluid and ever changing, we have developed a sophisticated system for evaluating and rating each one on an ongoing basis to insure our clients get only the very best people and value that our area has to offer.
What can I expect to spend for your service?
As every home and every individual is unique we must first do a through interview with prospective clients to assess their needs and wishes. We will then factor in conditions and issues unique to the homes location and site. It's distance from our offices, and the frequency of visits required by the owner will play an important part of our decision. As a rule of thumb we will cost little more than a quality lawn service!
